My friend just had a baby with her husband. She has stared to worry about what will happen to her baby if anything were to happen to her. I told her she should go ahead and make a will so she would know her child would be taken care of. She met with a Folsom will attorney and he helped her set up her will. In the will, she specified who would take care of her child and what would happen to her house. She feels much better now.
