Fiancee visas are visas with which the fiancee of a US citizen can enter the country with intention of marring that citizen within the specified period of time. They will then be able to live in the US. This is different to a spousal visa. A Spousal Visa involves a marriage taking place outside of the US between a US citizen and a foreigner.
